Mindful Movement
To unite the mind-body simple movement is essential. It relieves tension in our body and allows our vital organs to to work efficiently. It's also part of Taoist sexual energy practices the source of our vitality.
I am fortunate to have been taught the ancient practice of Tandava from my Tantric Master Daniel Odier (video below). It's the original freeform of Hatha Yoga, integrating mind-body-spirit. It's the eternal dance of life and a moving meditation.
I also teach mindful movement/meditation which also unites mind-body-spirit and a first step for those who find it difficult to sit still in quiet contemplation. And for those who enjoy dance meditation and movement including grounding.
