Namaste -" The Divine in me honours The Divine in you."
I'm a trained Tantrika/Tantra Practitioner, Educator and Holistic Therapist and truly believe in the philosophy behind this ancient healing art and only practice Tantra in it's purest form to awaken your senses.
My training with the renown Tantric Master Daniel Odier has been a profound and amazing journey into human nature within the philosophy of Classical Tantra which combines yoga of the mind, Kashmiri Yoga (the creative freeform original basis of Hatha Yoga) and Kashmiri Tantra Massage.
Please call me 087 343 5081 if you'd like to discuss a Sacred Tantra session with me at my Haven of Serenity
Deep Breathing leading to total peace and deep relaxation is intrinsic to Tantra and essential to calmness during our daily lives. Try breathing deeply, inhaling through your nose counting slowly to 5 and exhaling through your mouth. Your belly should rise with the inhale- exhale counting to 6, belly fall. Videos at the end will explain. In between sessions or part of general health deep breathing enables our vital organs to function more efficiently. Exercise is also vital to general health and vitality. If you find it difficult to sit quietly and concentrate on your breath work and free your mind from stress and anxiety then practicing Qi Gong or yoga allows you to practice your breath work but also move your body in a way which revitalizes your body and opens your energy channels.
Please scroll down to find a number of videos which will raise your sexual energy and are part of general well-being if you would like to continue your journey on the Tantric path. The 8 Brocades Qi Gong movements done in a standing meditation, these are easy movements which calm and energize you. Practice alongside the video and once you have mastered the moves, practice by yourself concentrating only on your breath and movements.
If you have practiced yoga before or are very fit then The five Tibetan Rites are more energetic movements that promote total well being for your mind and body and is the oldest form of yoga. For women and men these movements open the sexual energy channels leading increased general vitality and libido.
In eastern cultures men take their sexual health very seriously and part of a daily routine which for optimum male sexual health includes exercising your PC muscle. Having a strong PC muscle allows you to enjoy the very heights of sexual pleasure during Tantra practice. A strong PC muscle is also an aid to overcoming premature ejaculation. and vital for raising a low libido. This video instructs men on the correct method.
For women kegel exercises strengthen the pelvic floor and keep the (yoni) vagina tight yet open to receive. This practice also draws sexual energy up through the body and gives a woman greater awareness of her body and leads to more intense orgasms and can kick start a weary libido.
