Making Love is a Meditation
Life is lived in meditation.
Mediation = pure presence and awareness.
Non Dual Tantra essentially is a oneness, completeness, unity of life, a wholeness of life that exists in each second, presence within us. It’s joy that’s not dependent on the external or another person. This is self realization, peace and simply contentment.
So this is where any resemblance to Neo Tantra dissolves. There are no secret teachings of sexual techniques. There is no soul mate training.
Nobody can ever ‘complete’ us for we should be already complete, filled up with our sense of purpose. When we live life with pure presence our intuition is vibrant and sees the reality of the situation.
In this state of pure awareness we are also open to that rare jewel in life, true mutual connection of the heart, unconditional love shared with a beloved.
So when two people form a bond, a convergence of mind, body and soul, they exchange their inherent bliss by opening their bodies to each other with pure awareness , pleasure, ecstasy, they are guided by their innate intuition. This guidance and openness comes from the practice of Tandava.
We are guided by our own pure energy to our beloved’s energy . We can only find this intense place if we are truly making love in meditation, our focus being our breath, their touch, delighting in sensations that only skin on skin and the immersion of one into another’s body can bring. We are making love, giving love, guided by the spiritual connection we as two unique people share.
The exquisite melding of two bodies into one.
Tandava is a moving meditation, a physical expression of our inner self, we move spontaneously with freedom, liberation,, courage (to explore the space around us-the world), joy, lightness and sensuality. To trust our bodies and find ultimate peace where nothing matters except the moment.
In Authentic Tantra there is no separation of the sexes, red tents, white tents we are all human, we fit with each other and need each other to balance our energies and understand each other, separation does not lead to understanding or heal. We are all the essence of Shiva and Shakti but in our human form.
We also have our natural roles in society. Women who realize their true calling in life will always have energy and courage to follow their heart and be prominent in society and it’s exactly the same with men. Nobody needs to fight or give an advantage to the other, we are equal but we just need to accept this within our mind body and soul.
